INTERIOR MOTIVESProducer is conducting research for potential use in an unscripted series with the current working title Interior Motives (the “Production”). This is a binding agreement between Producer, its affiliates, licensees, successors, agents, and assigns, and you (“You”).
Your submission (“Content”) includes any information, stories, text, video, images, audio, photographs, and other materials you provide.
Producer receives numerous submissions, and your Content may be similar to submissions received from others or to material independently developed by Producer. Producer has no obligation to you in connection with any such similar content. Submitting your Content does not create an implied contract between you and Producer.
By submitting, you consent to Producer storing and using your name, voice, likeness, general region, email address, and phone number to contact you about your submission and your possible continued participation in the Production.

You understand that Interior Motives is an entertainment and comedy program in which Producer, hosts, guests, and participants may display, examine, discuss, comment upon, joke about, criticize, characterize, and draw or attempt to draw conclusions or make guesses regarding the submitted room, its contents, and its occupant.
Such commentary or guesses may concern characteristics including, without limitation, age, geographic location, gender, sexuality, lifestyle, occupation, interests, habits, relationships, personal taste, or other characteristics.
You understand that such commentary or guesses may be humorous, critical, incorrect, exaggerated, or unflattering.
You grant Producer and its affiliates, licensees, successors, distributors, platforms, and assigns a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, crop, combine, display, perform, publish, distribute, transmit, advertise, promote, and otherwise exploit the Content, in whole or in part, in connection with the Production and its advertising, publicity, promotion, distribution, exhibition, and exploitation, in any media now known or later developed.
Producer may determine in its discretion whether or not to use the Content and, if used, how the Content will be edited, presented, discussed, or incorporated into the Production.
Producer is under no obligation to use the Content or, once Content has been published or distributed, to remove it at your request, except as required by applicable law.
You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Producer and its affiliates, licensees, distributors, platforms, successors, assigns, officers, employees, contractors, hosts, guests, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any third-party claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to:
You acknowledge that Producer is relying upon your representations concerning your occupancy of the submitted room and your ownership of, authority over, and right to submit the Content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief that would restrain, prevent, delay, or otherwise interfere with the development, production, exhibition, distribution, advertising, promotion, or exploitation of the Production. Your sole remedy for any claim shall be an action at law for actual damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This Agreement is binding upon you and your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and Producer concerning your submission and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or understandings regarding the submission.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
